All orders will be processed once payment has been cleared. For obvious reasons, custom work will take longer. Let me know if you have a deadline. If I feel I can't make that, I will certainly let you know. A deposit will be required for custom furniture requests and will be non-refundable.
Shipping out of state can be expensive. It may also take a couple of weeks to find a shipper that will be in your area. If you are still interested in purchasing a large piece, please let me know.
If you are local, drop off, pick up and delivery are certainly possible.
I do not insure any shipped items. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

Furniture. All of my pieces are chosen with care. They may be vintage, antique or just gently loved newer pieces. Pieces may have minor imperfections, bumps and bruises which only add to their charm. I will make every attempt to advise you about these although they are not considered flaws, but enhance the overall beauty of the piece. If you have any questions, please ask me before you purchase.
